No. You can book directly with any department. If you have a referral letter, bring the original — it helps the clinician pick up where your last visit left off.
NHIF and most major private schemes. Bring your card and a national ID to reception before your consultation.
Clinics run 8am to 8pm daily. Emergency and maternity are staffed around the clock. Two visitors per patient at a time.
Walk-ins are welcome for the physician, pediatrics and pharmacy. Specialist clinics run on set days — book ahead where you can.
