Appointment requests and messages are visible to our reception team and to the clinical staff of the department concerned. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their job.
Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Form submissions are stored on that hosting and sent by email to our clinic address.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests and contact messages are retained for 24 months and then deleted. If you become a patient, your clinical record is held separately under our medical records policy, which is not governed by this website notice.

This website sets only the functional cookies WordPress needs to operate. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics profiling and no third-party marketing scripts on this site.
